Finally done. Didn't take as long as I had originally planned. Thanks for all of your support, the project got more attention than I would have expected. Thanks to all the groups whos work I incorporated into this. Hope you all enjoy~

There doesnt seem to be unfortunately. If I had to guess I would say it only ran in the magazine and wasnt collected for the volume version.

DeleteOh my god... YKK has been a series of absolute nostalgia, joy, sadness, and comfort for me. It's the one series I'll always return to once a year or so. YKK has transformed me, it has become a part of me. I didn't find out you were doing this project until just now... I seriously cried when I found out of your project.. YKK means so much to me and carried me through some bad times. Thank you Yugen, thank you so much!

Ever since i've discovered this series way back then, it has became my persona in the internet, even until today. Glad to see that there are other people who truly appreciates this marvelous series.

ReplyDeleteSuch a shame we'll never see those OVAs on BluRay . . . such a stunning OVA. I've only been able to find shitty quality rips of the anime.

ReplyDeleteI think I finished my first read a few months before you announced and posted this project. I'm glad someone brought the series up to me so I'd be compelled to look if a project had gotten finished!
ReplyDeleteYou are a real hero! YKK has been my favourite manga for years, despite the crappy translations that were available at the time. With this re-translation the real beauty of YKK shines bright :)
